Usable Answer Controls in Survey Questions

This example shows how a usable answercontrol should look like. It uses the label-tag to link the descriptions to the corresponding answerbuttons. Additionally, the answer-sensitive area is extended to the full table cell of a radio button. The table border is visible for the purpose of this demonstration.

Click on a label. Selecting a label selects the corresponding radio button.
Click nearby a radio button. Clicking into the table cell area around a radio button selects the radio button.
Or select the radio button by clicking on it.
